OUR STORY
Long before Archie’s, there was my mom teaching me to bake. Then came the plot twist: a celiac diagnosis and a freezer aisle full of products that were unenticing.
Here’s the thing: I can’t eat gluten. I can eat butter. So we went back to the kitchen and made the waffle we actually wanted.
